I would recommend ForRent.com. They have hundreds of listings in the Chicago area, plus the site has lots of photos, detailed descriptions, maps, as well as videos of the apartment community and surrounding neighborhoods.

why do beautiful old buildings in city centres get turned into luxury apartments instead of affordable housing
and they are mostly void of any character with the same fitted kitchen and flat pack wardrobes. I don’t understand it, to bring a bit of cohesion into society sticking all the poor people in one place is going to lead to no go areas. It would be good if the world were all marshmellows and rainbows. Plus these places are stupidly expensive meaning i have to live in the poor places and nearly get beat up for no reason. True story. So ladies and gentlemen, what’s happening in England, is there any way to change all this or is it basically a scenario of get rich and move away from the poor places and live in gated communities in safety? Or can we change our communities and cities and make them good for everyone? I’d like to but have no idea how to start. Any ideas?
Things are like this today in the UK,each person is wrapped up in their own problems though!~~We also have draconian laws now about protest~and a police ’service’ with a vast array of equipment/bye laws to clobber you with!!Also look at ‘Mail on Sunday’ (Femail section article by Yasmin Whittaker-khan)today about a disguised police officer attempting to get demonstrators to clash with pc’s~and if you follow this case will anything happen to this person?Sharing the wealth of each nation is the best way forward for all these issues.
Is heat included in the rental price for apartments in Ireland, in general?
My husband and I are moving to Ireland this summer for a few years and most rental websites I look through don’t mention whether or not the price includes heat. Is this because it’s usually included in the rental cost? I’d appreciate any answers. Thanks!
Aye, you can usually rent and get the heat free. It must however come from the sun. Anything else will cost you.
Maybe you can invite some politicians when it gets cold and let them talk, that might warm things up.
What US cities have the cheapest rent for apartments?
I’m in NYC and I need to move out of my mom’s house. I’m getting old (I’m 29). But I don’t foresee myself paying any exorbitant amount of rent here in the big apple, so I think I must relocate to another city.

Cheapest housing in the US, of any large city, is in Indianapolis, so the rents are probably the lowest there too.
But Indy sort of sucks. Other option might be Columbus Ohio (home of OSU), far more cultural, yet still cheap.
